Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce synthetic resin-formed product with superior properties of formability and durability and good appearance by making a pile structure between gel-coat layer and foamed synthetic resin reinforced suitably by micro fibers.
CONSTITUTION: For instance, in the case of forming a bath, gel-coat compound layer 13 is coated with desirable thickness of 0.2W0.5mm on the surface of one mold (male mold 12) of forming molds 10 composed of female mold 11 and male mold 12. Then, after a constructing members 14 for reinforcement are suitably arranged and two molds are firmly fixed, a foamed synthetic resin solution 15 (e.g. foamed polyurethane resin with 0.4W0.8 specific gravity etc.) is poured into the cavity 13 and hardened with foaming. Thus, the objective formed product may be obtained.
EFFECT: The appearance of fiber marks is prevented by aging-change, though micro fibers are contained in the product. It has good properties of heat insulation and keeping warmth and further is light as compared with its thickness. Machining for the product after forming is easy.
