Abstract

Procédé de traitement d'une liqueur alcaline, contenant des sulfates et des ions sodium, telle qu'un effluent obtenu à partir d'une solution d'attaque d'un minerai uranifère sulfuré, à base de carbonate de sodium, en présence d'un oxydant, et après séparation de l'uranium à partir de la solution d'extraction. Ce procédé comprend la mise en contact de cette liqueur avec une résine échangeuse d'ions, cationique, préalablement mise sous forme ammonium, et la précipitation ultérieure du sulfate d'ammonium hors de la solution obtenue, à l'état de sulfate de calcium insoluble. Application à la séparation des effluents liquides polluants.
