Abstract

L'invention concerne la fabrication des éléments de bobinage pour transformateurs, notamment les transformateurs destines aux récepteurs de télévision. Elle consiste essentiellement à imprimer longitudinalement sur un substrat souple en forme de bande 5, tel qu'en verre époxy, des pistes conductrices 6 dont la section peut être équivalente à celle des fils conducteurs de chaque enroulement d'une couche telle qu'effectuée suivant la technique conventionnelle, puis à enrouler ce substrat imprimé autour d'un noyau constitué par exemple par une ferrite. On peut ainsi imprimer plusieurs pistes de sections différentes, chacune des pistes correspondant à un enroulement de transformateur. Avantages : simplification et facilité de fabrication des éléments de transformateur, reproduction exacte d'un élément, contrôle visuel immédiat de chaque élément
