Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten the time required and standardize insulating materials for making coils by winding an insulating tape together with fillers provided at both ends of each coil and insulating materials provided between layers.
CONSTITUTION: Insulating materials 13a and 13'a at both ends are formed by winding coil conductors 11, 11' fixed on the specified positions of an interior insulating material 10 in a direction indicated by an arrow from the starting point of winding; and by winding insulating tapes 12, 12' in the same way as above. The coil conductors are wound n1 times so as to make them into those 11n, and 11'n of coil conductors and 13b and 13'b of insulating tapes. On doing this, the first layer of winding and the second layer of winding are constructed in the form of a construction having two separated parts. According to this method, the winding number of coil conductors 11 and the winding number of insulating tapes are added up so as to constitute multiplex and continuous coils. As a result, end fillers and insulating materials between layers are formed simultaneously with winding, so that automated winding and integration of insulating materials can be achieved.
