Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the time required for preparing coil winding and make the skill unnecessary by constituting coil winding used for transformer etc. with a block composed of insulator-coated conductors.
CONSTITUTION: Plural conductors 1 covered with insulator-coating 2 are glued firmly on insulator 3 such as insulating paper or insulating film, being contacted with each other. By using a block of conductors thus composed primary winding 4 and secondary winding 5 are constituted, which are wound on to iron core 6 to constitute tramsformer. If necessary, many taps are provided at the starting and final ends of winding, being connected with a tap plate. In this way winding work becomes easy, in preparation for reactor, relay, solenoid and others as well as transformer, because it is unnecessary to put a sheet of insulating paper in between layers.
