Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode et un dispositif pour déterminer les caractéristiques de la partie immergée des icebergs. On utilise au moins une ligne de transducteurs acoustiques. immergés comportant au moins un émetteur de signaux acoustiques et une pluralité de récepteurs des signaux réfléchis par la partie immergée des icebergs, ces récepteurs étant situés de part et d'autre de l'émetteur sur la ligne de transducteurs. Application à la surveillance des zones de forage et production d'hydrocarbures dans les mers froides.
