Abstract

Machine perfectionnée de texturation de fils chimiques continus et procédés pour sa mise en oeuvre. La machine selon l'invention est du type comportant une zone de texturation par fausse-torsion, constituée essentiellement par un four et une broche et une zone de texturation par fluide turbulent constituée essentiellement d'une buse, de preférence précédée par un organe de mouillage du fil, la zone de fausse-torsion et la zone de traitement par fluide étant précédées et suivies d'organes délivreurs, et elle se caractérise par le fait que d'une part au moins le délivreur disposé entre la broche de fausse-torsion et la zone de traitement par fluide est un délivreur à embrayage progressif et que, d'autre part, le bac de mouillage du fil précédant la buse de texturation par ébouriffement est associé à un élément de guidage du fil permettant de plonger ou de retirer le fil dudit liquide. Applications envisagées : traitement des fils chimiques.
