Abstract

L'invention concerne des générateurs électrochimiques de type bouton, c'est-à-dire comportant deux coupelles contenant des matières actives positive et négative, emboîtées l'une dans l'autre et isolées l'une de l'autre par un joint. Selon l'invention la coupelle positive renferme au moins un compartiment situé entre elle et la matière positive, et délimité du côté de la matière positive par une feuille métallique perforée; le compartiment est rempli d'électrolyte lorsque les matières actives sont dans l'état où elles occupent le plus grand volume. Application aux piles au lithium dont la matière positive est l'oxyde cuivrique, l'oxyde de plomb ou le minium.
