Il comporte une tirette commandant à la fois le levier qui règle la vitesse de la pompe d'injection et l'organe qui commande le début de l'injection, de façon à augmenter la vitesse à vide du moteur et à avancer l'injection quand ce moteur est froid Application notamment aux véhicules à moteur diesel.
