Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour revêtir la surface intérieure cylindrique d'un corps tubulaire en acier d'un alliage métallique antifriction. Le procédé consiste à réaliser une bague cylindrique en métal antifriction de diamètre extérieur légèrement inférieur au diamètre D du corps tubulaire à déposer à la surface extérieure de cette bague une couche de liaison constituée d'un alliage cuivreux exempt de phosphore contenant de 5 à 20 % de plomb, à placer la bague dans le cylindre avec un jeu inférieur à 0,005 D et à porter l'ensemble entre 750 et 840 degrés C sous hydrogène pendant au moins 15 minutes. Application aux cylindres de pompes hydrauliques haute pression.
