Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine des pigments. Elle concerne un procédé de préparation d'un pigment rouge de Fe2 O3 d'une grosseur de particules de 0,1 à 0,4 micron à partir de sulfate ferreux, d'un hydroxyde de métal alcalin et d'un dérivé nitré aromatique. Ce procédé comprend d'abord une étape de préparation de germes, puis une etape de développement de ces germes et enfin une etape de récupération du pigment résultant. Utilisation comme pigment rouge à haut pouvoir colorant.
