Abstract

Par l'enrobage bitumineux à chaud les émissions de poussière ainsi que les dégagements de gaz et vapeurs par les brûleurs et par la surchauffe des liants bitumineux sont des nuisances qu'il s'agit de réduire. L'invention propose des solutions à ces problèmes tout en améliorant le rendement thermique du tambour-malaxeur; premièrement en forçant le flux des gaz chauds à passer un rideau d'enrobé en fin de fabrication qui capte les particules solides et une partie des autres nuisances et deuxièmement au moyen de filtres cylindriques, dynamiques et statiques, intercales dans la cheminée. Le deuxième principe de captage des poussières est applicable aux postes d'enrobage bitumineux à chaud traditionnels.
