Abstract
Procédé d'analyse spectrométrique d'un mélange d'au moins deux composés par un spectromètre à résonance magnétique nucléaire à transformation en série de Fourier. Ce procédé consiste à former une solution des N composés dans un solvant ayant un temps de relaxation supérieur au plus long temps de relaxation d'un des composés, à placer cette solution dans un spectromètre à gain GA et lui appliquer une séquence d'impulsions de façon à obtenir un spectre dans lequel aucun des pics des composés n'est gêné par un pic du solvant, à diviser le spectre en N régions et à mesurer la surface A 1 délimitée par chaque région i du spectre de façon à pouvoir obtenir la concentration de chacun des composés dans la solution. Un tel procédé permet de mesurer de manière précise les surfaces délimitées par les pics d'un soluté, et par conséquent d'obtenir une mesure précise de sa concentration dans un mélange.
