Abstract

L'invention concerne un robinet à obturateur sphérique. Le robinet comporte un corps 1 dans lequel est monté un obturateur 2 qui peut être déplacé en rotation au moyen d'un bout d'arbre 10 raccordé au robinet par un joint à coin 14, le bout d'arbre pouvant être déplacé axialement en rapprochement ou en éloignement de l'obturateur pour permettre à ce dernier de basculer en appui contre une bague d'étanchéité 12 sous l'action de la pression ou pour écarter, par l'action du coin, l'obturateur de bague d'étanchéité de façon à permettre l'actionnement du robinet au moyen d'un couple réduit. L'invention est applicable aux robinets haute-pression.
