Abstract

Procédé et dispositif de réglage du fil textile. Le procédé consiste à faire varier le quotient des durées de fonctionnement de deux moyens d'entraînement différents pendant un point effectué par une aiguille, ces deux moyens d'entraînement étant conçus pour assurer chacun une vitesse donnée et à faire varier vitesse moyenne de rotation d'un tambour d'alimentation en fil textile pendant la durée d'un point effectué par l'aiguille, de manière à régler le débit de fil. Le dispositif comprend notamment des pignons commandés respectivement par un arbre correspondant à la vitesse maxima et par un arbre correspondant à la vitesse minima, lesdits pignons de commande etant montés indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un arbre de commande muni du pignon de commande de vitesse maxima à une extrémité et du pignon de vitesse minima à son autre extrémité. L'invention permet de régler le débit du fil sans avoir à régler la partie motrice du dispositif.
