Abstract

Procédé fournissant un dispositif sur lequel les taches de couche double sont facilement visibles à l'oeil nu, sans.éclairage spécial. Il consiste à rendre rugueuse la surface d'un support de métal afin que cette surface présente une réflexion non-spéculaire, le métal étant caractérisé par la possibilité de former à sa surface une couche d'oxyde y adhérant solidement; à attaquer chimiquement cette surface afin d'obtenir une première valeur de coefficient de réflexion, choisie au préalable, à oxyder cette surface afin d'obtenir sur celle-ci une couche d'oxyde ayant une épaisseur se situant entre 100 et 500 A et de remplacer la première valeur de coefficient de réflexion, choisie au préalable, par une deuxième valeur plus élevée de coefficient de réflexion, choisie au préalable, la couche d'oxyde présentant une réflexion non-speculaire; et à appliquer une couche de protéine au moins sur une partie de la couche d'oxyde.
