Abstract
Appareil de cuisson comportant un onduleur à thyristors en pont qui alimente une charge résonnante en série dont l'inductance est constituée par le ou les inducteurs de chauffage de récipient à fond métallique. L'onduleur 10 est auto-piloté et exploité de façon à permettre des variations notables de la charge du fait que le courant de résonance passe de manière alternée pendant des périodes de résonance entières respectivement par l'une 3, 6 ou l'autre 4, 5 paire de commutateurs bidirectionnels commandés (thyristor et diode montés tête-bêche). Plusieurs inducteurs 81 à 83 peuvent être connectés en parallèle et l'intensité du chauffage peut être commandée par le réglage indépendant des distances entre les inducteurs 81 à 83 et les fonds des récipients 91 à 93. Utilisation dans les plaques de cuisson ou cuisinières.
