Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour monter des coupes de tissus avec un milieu de montage de ontage durcissable par la lumière ultraviolette. On plonge des coupes minces <<humides>> d'échantillons biologiques 5 sur des lames pour microscopie 3 dans un solvant peu volatil à faible concentration d'une première matière polymérisable; on laisse le solvant s'évaporer pour que la matière polymérisable imprègne l'échantillon et le protège; on dépose une seconde matiere polymérisable sur l'échantillon; et on effectue la polymérisation par exposition aux UV 11 pour obtenir un échantillon encapsulé sur lame.
