Abstract

The lifting gear consists of a rigid frame work with a vertical part (2) and a horizontal part (3). The vertical part is formed by two pillars provided with pivot pins (4) for bearer arms (5) and a coupling point (6). The horizontal part has support surfaces (7) designed to rest on the sliding telescopic lifting frame on the vehicle. The horizontal part end has two hydraulic rams (8). The bearer arms carry a frame unit (10) which has guides for a lifting fork (11). The hydraulic rams (8) couple up with the frame unit (10) for lifting and lowering purposes. The rigid frame work (1) is lifted and placed on the vehicle by a sliding telescopic sub frame provided with a coupling unit (c).
