Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé et un appareillage d'ennoblissement en continu des croûtes de peaux animales. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que les croûtes bien étendues sont associées en continu à un corps stratifié en feuille comportant un support pelable, en particulier un papier silicone anti-adhésif, ledit film synthétique d'ennoblissement et une couche extérieure thermo-adhésive laquelle est portée au contact de la surface polie à l'émeri desdites croûtes et y est collée solidement sous l'action d'une pression mécanique et par apport de chaleur, le papier silicone étant continuellement et intégralement récupéré et réutilisé. L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'application en continu de ce film ou enduit d'ennoblissement sur les croûtes, ainsi que l'appareillage pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
