Abstract

Procédé et dispositif en dérivant permettant d'augmenter momentanément l'adhérence au sol des véhicules de tous types et en particulier des véhicules automobiles, afin de rendre le freinage sur chaussée mouillée ou boueuse sensiblement voisin de celui obtenu sur sol sec. Le procédé consiste à chasser au moyen d'un jet de gaz l'eau ou la boue aqueuse présente sur la chaussée et plus particulièrement dans la zone de roulement des roues pendant un laps de temps nécessaire au freinage complet du véhicule Le procédé le plus simple équipant les roues arrière d'une automobile comprend : une bouteille de gaz comprimé ou d'air comprimé 9, une vanne 8 actionnée par la pédale de frein, un réseau de tubulure 5 et 6 terminé par une buse 3 pour chaque roue 1. L'ensemble est solidaire du châssis 2. L'invention concerne tous les véhicules dont le freinage est perturbé par la mauvaise adhérence au sol par temps de pluie.
