On double les panneaux de mousse qui peuvent avoir différentes compositions avec des feuilles de papier, de carton, ou du voile de fibres de verre, ce revêtement étant apprêté de manière à résister à la flamme. c. Les panneaux ainsi fabriqués augmentent condidérablement la securité contre l'incendie.
