Abstract

L'invention est relative à de nouveaux analogues de prostaglandines. Dans les nouveaux analogues de prostaglandines suivant l'invention, le carboxyle C-1 est remplacé par un alcool primaire et la double liaison entre C-13 et C-14 est remplacée par une triple liaison. Ces analogues de prostaglandines ont des propriétés pharmaceutiques diverses, supérieures à celles des prostaglandines naturelles correspondantes.
