Abstract

Procédé de réglage d'un train à fil, consistant à détecter le début de la transformation gamma --> alpha à l'aide d'au moins un capteur enregistrant les variations de comportement magnétique liées au changement de phase cristalline, et à agir sur les conditions de refroidissement afin de compenser l'élevation de température due au phénomène de recalescence. Les capteurs 4 sont disposés au-dessus du convoyeur dans la zone d'homogénéisation 1 et les premières zones de refroidissement 2 et 3. Ce procédé trouve son application dans la fabrication de fil machine, destiné en particulier au tréfilage, et permet d'obtenir directement des produits ayant une structure métallographique satisfaisante.
