Abstract

L'invention décrit de nouveaux agents iodés et leur obtention. Ce sont des 1-(2,4,6-triiodophényl)-3-(polyhydroxyalkyl)-urées, disubstituées sur les positions 3 et 5 du radical phényle par des fonctions non ionisantes et compatibles avec la faible toxicité et la solubilité dans l'eau requises. On peut citer notamment le 3-(3-(N,N-diméthyl-carbanyl)-2,4,6-triiodo-5 - (N-méthylcarbamyl)-phényl)- 1-méthyl-1 - (D-gluco-2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyhexyl ree. Ces composés non ioniques permettent de mieux rendre visible aux rayons X l'appareil cardiovasculaire et le système nerveux central.
