Abstract

L'invention concerne des inhibiteurs de formation de dépôt de sels. On ajoute à l'eau contenant des sels minéraux des additifs choisis parmi le groupe formé par : Les produits de réaction obtenus par réaction de dérivés gras insaturés avec l'anhydride maléique, l'acide maléique ou leur mélange, à des températures comprises entre 150 et 200 degrés C, sans utiliser de solvant ou de catalyseur; Les sels alcalins desdits produits de réaction, en particulier les sels de sodium; et Les mélanges desdits produits de réaction avec leurs sels alcalins. On les ajoute à l'eau en quantités inférieures aux quantités stoechiométriques pour diminuer la formation de dépôt, à des températures allant jusqu'à 140 degrés C, sur des surfaces chaudes de dispositifs traversés par de l'eau. Application pour des dispositifs de dessalement d'eau de mer.
