Abstract

La présente invention concerne le pliage de planches, lattes ou feuilles de bois. Ce pliage se fait en deux opérations : - La première opération consiste à donner aux fibres du bois une forme appropriée en vue du pliage. - La deuxième opération consiste à faire le pliage lui-même, qui se fera soit manuellement, soit mécaniquement. Du fait du rayon de pliage très faible, nous pouvons mettre des renforts A et B juste à proximité du pli, comme le représente la figure. Deux procédés de mise en forme ont été retenus : - Mise en forme par passage entre deux galets, dans le cas de renforts A et B, le galet inférieur porte une lame tranchante. - Mise en forme par passage sous un outil de presse. Procédés de pliage retenus : - Pliage progressif par passage entre des rampes. - Pliage par poinçon-matrice, ce qui peut permettre l'agrafage des bouts et des côtés après pliage. Le tout en une seule opération.
