Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'évacuation. Ce système comprend un bâti et une canalisation d'évacuation à partir dudit bâti, ledit bâti comprenant des orifices d'évacuation disposés dans la surface dudit bâti, et une zone autour de la periphérie de ladite surface où le flux des gaz dans lesdits orifices se produit à une vitesse plus grande que dans la partie de ladite surface limitée par ladite périphérie. Application à la réalisation de hottes d'évacuation, notamment pour fourneaux de cuisine.
