Abstract

Procédé pour préparer une amine en faisant réagir un alcool, un aldéhyde ou une cétone ayant jusqu'à 25 atomes de carbone avec de l'ammoniac ou une amine primaire ou secondaire ayant de 1 à 8 atomes de carbone dans une atmosphère réductrice. On conduit la réaction en présence d'un catalyseur comprenant un premier constituant, qui est du cuivre, de l'oxyde de cuivre ou un mélange de ces matières, la quantité de cuivre, mesurée en métal, étant comprise entre 0,005 et 50% en poids par rapport au catalyseur total, et un deuxième constituant, qui est un oxyde de molybdène, de tungstène ou un mélange de tels oxydes, la quantité du deuxième constituant, mesurée en métal, étant comprise entre 0,05 et 45% en poids par rapport au catalyseur total. Cette combinaison catalytique produit un effet synergique de sélectivité améliorée ou de stabilité de catalyseur.
