Abstract

A container (10) is fitted with a stopper (12) having a screw threaded recess (17) in its upper surface. A cover (15) has a short skirt which snaps over and is retained by the rim (11) of the container. The cover has a hollow screw threaded boss (19). To open the container the cover is removed, turned over and the boss is screwed into the recess (17), securing cover and stopper together. The cover is pulled and the stopper is removed. The hollow boss increases the flexibility of the cover.
