Abstract
Elément de circuit logique intégré, notamment de type I**2L (logique intégrée à injection) ou DCTL (logique à transistors à couplage direct), comprenant au moins deux transistors bipolaires (1,2) avec couplage direct entre le collecteur du premier et la base du second, et une source de courant (4) reliée à cette jonction. Un composant supplémentaire (par exemple, transistor 6) fournît un courant qui s'ajoute à celui de la source 4 (injecteur en technique I**2L) pour fournir les courants de collecteur et de base des transistors respectifs 1 et 2. Ces derniers ne sont plus saturés ou bloqués pour l'un ou l'autre état binaire ce qui permet un accroissement important de la vitesse de commutation. Application particulière aux circuits I**2L.
