Abstract

Cette installation est du type de celles dans lequel le circuit fermé du gaz respiratoire passe par la chambre de plongée pour aboutir au casque du plongeur et revient en suivant le parcours inverse, et qui comportent, dans le système de conduites, un dispositif de fixation du gaz carbonique placé en surface, un dispositif d'alimentation en oxygène, et un dispositif de circulation du gaz respiratoire place en surface. Dans l'installation selon l'invention, le dispositif de circulation du gaz respiratoire comporte un compresseur 1, produisant la différence de pression nécessaire à la circulation du volume de gaz respiratoire du circuit, et une partie du système de conduites fermé 2. Le recours à un compresseur simplifie considérablement l'installation, facilite l'entretien et permet d'assurer dans les meilleures conditions la sécurité et le confort respiratoire du plongeur.
