Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé permettant de faciliter le processus de démoulage lors de la confection de panneaux de copeaux agglomérés ou de pièces moulées avec ces copeaux par pressage de copeaux traités aux isocyanates en tant que liant, dans une presse chauffable comportant des éléments de pressage ou des moules, et, le cas échéant, des moyens d'entraînement, en appliquant un agent séparateur sur les éléments de pressage. Dans le procédé de l'invention on traite les éléments de pressage et, le cas échéant, les moyens d'entraînement, ayant la charge ou l'application des copeaux imprégnés d'isocyanates, par une substance essentiellement non volatile à la température de pressage, le cas échéant sous forme d'une solution ou d'une dispersion laissant subsister, à la température de pressage, une couche adhésive constituée par des particules discretes.
