Abstract
Pour produire une réaction entre des composants résineux tels qu'une résine et un isocyanate à l'aide d'un catalyseur constitué par une amine, par exemple une amine tertiaire, pour la fabrication de moules de fonderie ou de matériaux de noyautage, la catalyse s'effectue pendant toute la réaction sous une pression inférieure à la force élastique de la vapeur du catalyseur. Ainsi, l'amine à l'état liquide peut être soumise à une pression inférieure à la force élastique de sa vapeur, appliquée à l'état de vapeur à un mélange durcissable de sable, de résine et d'isocyanate, sous une pression inférieure à la force élastique précitée, et extraite du mélange durci sous une pression inférieure à la force élastique précitée mais en restant à l'état de vapeur. Le catalyseur peut être récupéré et recyclé après la réaction.
