Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de moules autodurcissables en hydrosolubles. On mélange une proportion d'eau appropriée avec un mélange comprenant : a. 100 parties en poids de particules de sable réfractaire formé d'alumine; b. 1 à 5 parties en poids de phosphate de potassium et/ou de sodium, et c. 0,2 à 3 parties en poids d'aluminium en poudre, on donne au mélange obtenu la forme de moule voulue et on laisse le moule durcir spontanément. Fabrication de moules de fonderie pour métaux ferreux et alliages d'aluminium ou de cuivre.
