Abstract

Le principe inventé permet la fixation au sol de piquets ou supports de telle sorte que la partie du piquet hors du sol puisse s'incliner ou se coucher. Le principe consiste en l'utilisation de deux éléments assemblés : a. Le piquet ou support hors du sol; b. L'embase qui est placée dans le sol. En fonction de l'utilisation, les embases et les piquets peuvent être réalisés de deux manières : 1 degrés A l'aide d'une fixation souple, caoutchouc, ressort, incorporé dans la base qui permet au piquet de s'incliner et de reprendre sa position. 2 degrés A l'aide d'une jonction solide conçue pour résister à un effort déterminé, avant rupture. Ce principe est destiné plus particulièrement aux piquets ou supports placés sur les côtés des routes qui sont porteurs de panneaux indicateurs, d'éléments réfléchissants, de glissières de sécurité ou qui balisent les routes. En utilisant ce principe, les piquets ou supports ne constituent plus un obstacle dangereux. tuent plus un obstacle dangereux. Le principe peut être utilisé aussi pour fixer les pieux immergés supportant des coquillages et qui doivent subir les mouvements des vagues.
