Abstract

Appareil éplucheur pour fruits et légumes tels que pommes de terre, carottes, céleris, betteraves rouges, rutabagas, pommes. L'appareil comprend un récipient d'épluchage approximativement cylindrique, avec un arbre central incliné creux, tout au moins partiellement, pour l'amenée et l'évacuation d'un fluide sous pression, particulièrement de la vapeur, et pourvu d'orifices obturales pour l'introduction et l'évacuation des fruits ou légumes et des produits de condensation. Le récipient est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner autour de l'axe dudit arbre central, tandis que les orifices d'introduction et d'évacuation sont disposés respectivement dans les deux parois des extrémités.
