Abstract

Compositions solides diluables pour l'obtention de solutions activantes destinées à rendre une surface réceptive en vue du dépôt non galvanique (dépôt par voie chimique) d'une couche adhérente d'un métal et préparation de ces compositions. La composition comprend un composé d'un métal noble choisi dans le groupe des métaux de la cinquième et de la sixième périodes des Groupes VIII et IB de la Classification Périodique des Eléments, un composé du métal du Groupe IV de la Classification Périodique des Eléments, pouvant prendre deux états de valence, et un composé d'un anion pouvant former une partie stable avec les deux états de valence du métal du Groupe IV. Elles sont préparées à partir d'un mélange contenant les composants a, b et c, par précipitation de la composition solide de ce mélange. Application notamment au cuivrage et au nickelage de substrats.
