Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d'un joint à rotule, notamment pour l'assemblage d'un piston et d'une bielle. Le joint à rotule se compose d'un logement sphérique ménagé à l'extrémité supérieure de la bielle, la rotule étant rivetée à la face inférieure du fond du piston. La périphérie supérieure du logement de la bielle est déformée autour de la face de la rotule tournée vers le haut. La rotule est placée dans le logement de la bielle et celle-ci est déformée autour de la rotule puis la rotule est rivetée sur le piston. Application à l'assemblage d'un piston et d'une bielle, notamment un piston de compresseur destiné à pomper un réfrigérant.
