Abstract

L'appareil selon l'invention est caractérisé par des chambres tubulaires 17 à 21, chacune comportant une chemise 29 pour la circulation de vapeur d'eau de chauffage et chaque chambre contenant un agitateur avec des palettes 59 et 60, la matière première étant envoyée à travers une ouverture 30a dans la chambre supérieure 21, de façon que la matière circule suivant les flèches en traits pleins pour être déchargée à la sortie du tube inférieur 17, les sorties pour la matière et la vapeur se trouvant dans les couvercles des extrémités des chambres afin que toute la longueur de chaque tube soit utilisée pour le traitement.
