Abstract

Procédé de moulage d'articles chaussants à tige intégrée du type sabot ou botillon moulés d'une pièce en mousse de polyuréthanne par coulée moule ouvert ou par injection. Le moule est réalisé suivant la technique de la semelle. Le tracé du plan de joint suivant la trépointe ou un motif décoratif permet de rendre la bavure pratiquement invisible contrairement aux articles obtenus par injection et plan de joint perpendiculaire à la semelle. La conception du moule peut amener à un noyau (forme du pied) fixe ou animé seulement d'une légère course de dégagement ce qui facilite le démoulage. Cette technique permet la réalisation d'articles présentant un haut degré de finition sans plan de joint visible donc très élaborés Des parties, visibles ou non, de l'article, peuvent être adaptées au moule comme des inserts donnant, par surmoulage un article composite : matière naturelle-matière synthétique ce qui améliore soit l'aspect soit le confort. Pour un article plus élaboré les parties en question peuvent être rapportées après moulage ce qui permet toutes les recherches en esthétique.
