Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil pour le séchage d'une matière traitée par un liquide et pour la récupération du liquide absorbé sous forme de vapeurs par le gaz de séchage. Un groupe 1 isolé presque complètement de l'air extérieur comporte des moyens de guidage de la matière à travers le groupe, par des ouvertures 6, 8 d'entrée et de sortie le plus souvent en forme de fente, en une bande 4 ne subissant pas de contact à sa surface humide, et un système de ventilation 5 installé de telle sorte qu'il effectue une division du gaz de séchage en un courant principal et un courant latéral notablement moindre, ainsi qu'un passage répété du courant principal le long de la bande de matière et une amenée du courant latéral au système de condensation d'où il est ramené au courant principal. Application aux matières traitées par un solvant, un milieu de dispersion ou d'une émulsion.
