Abstract

L'invention concerne l'industrie textile. Le procédé faisant l'objet de l'invention est du type dans lequel chacun des faisceaux amenés en continu est soumis à l'action d'un moment de torsion imprimant audit faisceau une torsion de sens alterné, après quoi les faisceaux sont assemblés et, en se détordant l'un sur l'autre, forment ledit produit à autotorsion, celui-ci étant ensuite enroulé sur une bobine, et est caractérisé en ce que pendant leur détordage l'un sur l'autre les faisceaux 1 et 2 sont soumis à l'action forcée d'un moment de torsion dans le sens de leur détordage l'un sur l'autre, avec une fréquence de variation du sens de ladite action égale à la fréquence d'alternance de la torsion imprimée à chacun des faisceaux. L'invention s'applique notamment à la fabrication de filés, de mèches, etc
