Abstract

L'appareil selon l'invention comprend : un élément mobile 10 de soupape champignon se terminant par un plateau se composant d'une âme relativement rigide, en forme de disque portant un recouvrement élastique. La face inférieure du recouvrement porte un rebord périphérique qui constitue un joint d'étanchéité en venant porter sur le bord du cylindre 58 du piston 60 lorsque l'élément mobile est en position basse. Le plateau est maintenu par un montage à force dans un évidement de la paroi cylindrique 18 de l'élément mobile. De ce fait, l'âme du plateau et son recouvrement ne peuvent se décoller sous l'action des variations dynamiques de pression de l'air comprimé. Une rondelle 50 et une partie saillante 51 du piston maintiennent un écartement permanent empêchant le piston d'être aspiré par le plateau en cours de remontée. Application, entre autres : pistolets pneumatiques à couler.
