Abstract

Matière pour contacts électriques et son procédé de fabrication, ainsi que les contacts ainsi réalisés. Un premier métal de conductivité élevée est associé à un oxyde d'un second métal, par exemple alcalin, dans des proportions comprises entre un seuil minimum d'efficacité et la limite de solubilité des constituants. Un additif comporte un oxyde de faible activité électronique de sortie, dosé entre 0, 01 et 0,1 % en mole de la matière de contact totale. De préférence, la préparation s'effectue en choisissant les températures de traitement pour obtenir un alliage en poudre, les constituants se trouvant associés dans chaque grain du premier métal tel que l'argent. Application à la réalisation de contacts électriques, pour en améliorer l'endurance en réduisant leur facteur d'érosion.
