Abstract

Procédé perfectionné pour préparer la 2,4-diamino-5-(3', 4', 5'-triméthoxybenzyl)-pyrimidine. On fait réagir un bêta-alkyl-(ou aryl-ou benzyl-)oxy-éthylène oxy-propionitrile répondant à la formule dans laquelle R représente un groupe alkyle, un groupe phényle eventuellement substitué ou un groupe benzyle, avec le triméthoxybenzaldéhyde en présence de réactifs basiques ce qui donne un composé répondant à la formule générale :
