Abstract

Procédé de production d'un objet plastique. Il consiste a placer une couche de poudre de matière plastique sur une première surface d'un premier moule dont la paroi extérieure a la forme de l'objet à produire. La poudre est chauffée ensuite jusqu'à ce qu'elle devienne collante et le premier moule est placé sur un second moule extérieur qui renferme divers alvéoles remplis de matière plastique de couleurs différentes. Les granulés collent à la couche collante et sont chauffés ensuite, puis placés dans un troisième moule chauffé. La feuille ainsi formée est refroidie ensuite et forme l'objet coloré. Application à la production d'objets décoratifs comportant des dessins de couleurs diverses.
