Abstract

Dans un mode de réalisation, une pompe immergée 10 munie d'un broyeur 16 et d'éjecteurs 12 et 14 est placée dans un bassin collecteur 8 contenant des matériaux solides 6 et des matériaux semi-solides 7. De l'eau sous pression met les matériaux solides et semi-solides en suspension et les envoie à travers une série de filtres à un appareil d'homogénéisation 28. Le liquide homogénéisé est ensuite envoyé dans une centrifugeuse où il est séparé en une partie solide et une partie liquide, la partie liquide pouvant être recyclée au bassin collecteur ou envoyée à l'égout. Le produit solide peut être traité et conditionné avant d'être déchargé dans un camion 50 et être utilisé comme matériau de remblai. Application au nettoyage de bassins collecteurs recueillant divers types de boues d'origines très diverses.
