Abstract

L'organe formant garniture de friction 16 est moulé directement sur un plateau annulaire 13 qui forme la partie intérieure du plateau entraîné. Le plateau annulaire 13 est enrobé dans l'organe formant garniture de friction 16 de telle sorte qu'une partie importante 23 de la garniture de friction soit extérieure à une enveloppe définie par la périphérie du plateau annulaire 13. Cette partie 23 extérieure à la périphérie du plateau annulaire 13 est de préférence moins épaisse que la partie du matériau de friction adjacente au plateau annulaire. Ces dispositions permettent de diminuer le moment d'inertie du plateau entraîne, ainsi que le volume général de l'embrayage.
