Abstract
L'invention concerne un remplissage granulaire pour chromatographie en phase liquide. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé par le fait qu'on soumet : a. 10 à 90 moles % d'un ester ou un éther glicidylique monovinylique; et b. 90 à 10 moles % d'un ester divinylique d'un alkylène-glycol à une polymérisation en suspension aqueuse en présence d'un diluant organique inerte insoluble dans l'eau et capable de dissoudre des constituants a et b de manière à produire des particules d'un copolymère poreux du type gel, dans lequel le constituant a est réticulé avec le constituant b et contenant dans sa molécule des groupes époxy attribuables au constituant a, ou on fait réagir le copolymère obtenu avec un composé modificateur ayant un groupe hydrophile, oléophile ou échangeur d'ions pour modifier les groupes epoxy par décyclisation.
